課程概述

This course covers two major components of the modern finance: the principle of corporate financial management and the principle of investment, which is designed to give students a clear and deep understanding of corporate finance and investment. 

課程目標
 Successful corporate managers will be those who can take advantage of the growing sophistication of the financial markets. On successfully completing this course students are expected to develop the ability to take the lessons learned from the financial markets and to apply them to the world of corporate financial management and strategy.
